Ingredients list for Dahi Papdi Chaat
- 1 cup Yogurt (dahi) whisked
- 1 packet Papdi
- 1 Medium potato boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup Sprouted moong blanched
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon to garnish Red chilli powder
- 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
- to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
- 1/4 cup Red chilli garlic chutney
- 1/4 cup Green chutney
- 1/4 cup Sweet tamarind chutney
- 1 cup Sev
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/3 cup Fresh pomegranate pearls
Method
- Mash potato in a bowl and add sprouted moong, add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add powdered sugar and salt and mix well.
- Arrange some papdis on each serving plate, top them with some potato mixture, sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chaat masala over them.
- Drizzle some red chilli garlic chutney, green chutney, yogurt and tamarind chutney on top.
- Sprinkle chilli powder and sev on each papdi and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls. Serve immediately.
