Dahi Papdi Chaat

Ingredients list for Dahi Papdi Chaat

  • 1 cup Yogurt (dahi) whisked
  • 1 packet Papdi
  • 1 Medium potato boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup Sprouted moong blanched
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon to garnish Red chilli powder
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • 1/4 cup Red chilli garlic chutney
  • 1/4 cup Green chutney
  • 1/4 cup Sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh pomegranate pearls

Method

  1. Mash potato in a bowl and add sprouted moong, add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl, add powdered sugar and salt and mix well.
  3. Arrange some papdis on each serving plate, top them with some potato mixture, sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chaat masala over them.
  4. Drizzle some red chilli garlic chutney, green chutney, yogurt and tamarind chutney on top.
  5. Sprinkle chilli powder and sev on each papdi and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls. Serve immediately.
