By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Feb 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Dark Chocolate Cake in a Jar - SK Khazana 200 grams Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup Cream hot 1/2 cup Rice crispies 1 cup Whipped cream 1 Readymade chocolate sponge cake as required Hazelnuts chopped as required Fresh red cherries Method Take dark chocolate in a bowl, pour hot cream and mix well till the chocolate melts completely. Transfer half of this mixture into a pouring jar and set aside. Add rice crispies to the remaining chocolate mixture and mix well. Transfer the chocolate from the pouring jar into another bowl. Add whipped cream and fold in gently. Transfer this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Cut out medium sized roundels from chocolate sponge with a cookie cutter. Put one cake roundel at the base of each jar, top it with some chocolate and rice crispy mixture and hazelnuts. Pipe out chocolate-whipped cream mixture over.
