By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Maize flour (makai ka atta) Cuisine Mexican, , , , Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Dessert Nachos 1 cup + to Refined flour (maida) 1 1/4 cups Maize flour (makai ka atta) a pinch Salt 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder for greasing Oil 4 tablespoons Icing sugar 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 3/4 cup Dark chocolate chopped 2-3 Dark chocolate cookies for garnish Colourful sprinklers Method Preheat oven to 180ÂșC. Put refined flour and maize flour into a bowl. Add salt and cocoa powder and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead to stiff dough. Dust the worktop with flour. Take a portion of the dough and roll out into a thin disk. Place a thali on the rolled portion and cut into a roundel.. Cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Prick with fork. Grease the baking tray with oil and arrange the nachos on it. Bake in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes or until crisp. Allow to cool. Dust half the icing sugar and half the cinnamon powder on top. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Whisk well. Arrange the nachos on a serving plate. Crush the chocolate cookies and sprinkle on top of the nachos. Drizzle the melted chocolate on them. Sprinkle colourful sprinklers. Dredge remaining icing sugar and cinnamon powder and serve immediately.
