By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dosa Batter, Onoin Cuisine South Indian,Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups dosa batter 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped ½ cup semolina (rawa/suji) 2 green chillies, finely chopped Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying Coconut chutney to serve Method Take the dosa batter in a large bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, ½ cup semolina, green chillies and salt, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in small portions with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
