Ingredients list for Dosa Bonda - SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Dosa Batter
  • 1 medium Onoin finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • to serve Coconut chutney

Method

  1. Take the dosa batter in a large bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, ½ cup semolina, green chillies and salt, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in small portions with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with coconut chutney.
