Ingredients list for Double Berry Smoothie

  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 7-8 Strawberries hulled& chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4-6 tablespoons Chilled Milk
  • 3-4 tablespoons Cranberry juice
  • for garnishing Strawberries
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Blend together blueberries, ½ cup yogurt, honey and 2-3 tablespoons milk till smooth. Pour equally into 2 glasses.
  2. Blend together remaining yogurt, remaining honey, remaining milk, chopped strawberries and cranberry juice till smooth. Pour equally on top of blueberry mixture.
  3. Chill and serve garnished with strawberries and mint sprigs.
