Ingredients for EGGLESS COCONUT COOKIES - skk Recipe

  • Refined flour 3/4 cup

  • Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup

  • Butter 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cornflour 2 tablespoons

  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take butter in a mixing bowl, add vanilla essence and beat with an electric beater till light.

Step 3

Sieve together refined flour, powdered sugar, cornflour and baking soda into the mixture and fold in well.

Step 4

Add desiccated coconut and mix with your hand till well incorporated.

Step 5

Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into cookies and place on a baking tray.

Step 6

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 7

Serve or store in air tight containers.
