Ingredients for EGGLESS MANGO MOUSSE - skk Recipe

  • Fresh ripe mango pulp 3/4 cup + for garnish

  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 cup

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish

Method

Step 1

Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, place a bowl over it, add chopped white chocolate and melt, stirring continuously.

Step 2

Add fresh cream and mix well and set aside to cool down. Add fresh mango pulp and whipped cream and mix well.

Step 3

Fill the mango mixture into a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe into serving glasses.

Step 4

Garnish with a little fresh mango pulp and mint sprigs and chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Serve chilled.
