By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Brown bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 4 boiled and peeled eggs Salt to taste 3 tablespoons softened butter Crushed black peppercorns to taste 2 spring onion greens 4 brown bread slices Tomato ketchup to serve Method Add butter in a bowl, beat it till it becomes light and fluffy. Grate and add eggs. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns and spring onion greens. Mix well. Take 4 brown bread slices, add 2 spoonful of mixture on a slice and spread it completely. Add 2 spoonful of mixture on another slice. Cover each slice with another slice on top to form a sandwich. Trim the edges of the breads and vertically cut each sandwich into half.
