By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Cocoa powder Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Eggless Chocolate Cake - SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1 cup + to grease Butter 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla esssence 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 cup Milk for dusting Icing sugar Method Preheat oven to 180ยบ C. Grease a cake tin with some butter and dust a little dry flour. Discard excess flour. Take butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater till light and fluffy. Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder and baking powder directly into the butter mixture. Fold in with a spatula. Add milk and mix into a lump-free batter. Transfer the batter into the prepared cake tin and tap lightly on the worktop to remove any air bubbles. Keep the cake tin in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Demould the cake on a serving plate, dust with icing sugar.
