Alternately you can melt it on a double boiler. Whip the fresh cream along with sugar till stiff. Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream. Transfer the mixture into a glass serving bowl or into individual glasses and set in the refrigerator. Garnish with chocolate chips and serve chilled.
