Ingredients for Eggless Glycerine Cake Recipe

  • Refined flour 160 grams

  • Glycerine

  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Soda bicarbonate 1/2 teaspoon

  • Butter 120 grams

  • Condensed milk 200 grams

  • Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon

  • Glycerine 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 5 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C. Grease a cake tin.

Step 2

Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate into a bowl. Whisk butter in a large bowl, gradually add condensed milk and whisk to a smooth batter.

Step 3

Add vanilla essence and glycerine and whisk well. Add flour mixture and milk and mix well.

Step 4

Pour this mixture into greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer onto a serving plate, cool and slice.

Step 6

Serve at room temperature.
