By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh ripe mango pulp, White chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Eggless Mango Mousse 3/4 cup + for garnish Fresh ripe mango pulp 1 cup White chocolate chopped 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 cup Whipped cream to garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, place a bowl over it, add chopped white chocolate and melt, stirring continuously. Add fresh cream and mix well and set aside to cool down. Add fresh mango pulp and whipped cream and mix well. Fill the mango mixture into a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe into serving glasses. Garnish with a little fresh mango pulp and mint sprigs and chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
