Ingredients list for Eggless Mawa Cup Cakes

  • 150 grams Mawa (khoya)
  • 160 grams Refined flour (maida)
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 200 grams Sweet condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 75 millilitres Milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  2. Take butter in a large mixing bowl, add mawa and beat together with an electric hand blender. Add condensed milk and continue to beat.
  3. Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix together.
  4. Add vanilla essence and milk and mix again with the hand blender.
  5. Put the batter into individual silicone cupcake moulds kept on a tray till they are ¾ full. Tap the tray on the table to settle the batter.
  6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Take the tray out of the oven and let them cool.
  8. Demold, arrange them on a serving platter and serve with tea or coffee.
