Ingredients for Eggless Peach Mousse Recipe

  • Canned peaches 6

  • Canned peaches , roughly chopped 2

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Dark chocolate 1 1/2 cups

  • Fresh cream , at room temperature 3/4 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 cup


Step 1

Put 6 canned peaches in a grinder jar, grind to a smooth puree and transfer into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add dark chocolate and stir, on low heat, till both melt together into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Add cream and mix well and transfer into a medium bowl and set aside to cool.

Step 4

Add whipped cream to peach puree and mix well. Put into stemmed glasses till ¾ full and tap the glasses gently to even the surface.

Step 5

Pour the cooled chocolate sauce over the peach mousse. Sprinkle a few chopped peaches over chocolate in each glass.

Step 6

Chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
