Ingredients for Eggless Vanilla Cake - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Butter softened 3/4 cup + to grease

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Refined flour 1 cup + for dusting

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Milk 1/4 cup


Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with refined flour, keep aside.

Step 2

Take butter in a bowl, add condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat with an electric beater till the colour changes slightly.

Step 3

Sift refined flour, baking soda and baking powder directly into the butter mixture and gently fold in till well combined. Add milk and fold in again.

Step 4

Pour into the greased cake tin, spread the batter evenly and gently tap the tin to remove air bubbles if any.

Step 5

Keep the tin in the preheated tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 6

De-mould and cut into squares and serve.
