Ingredients list for Energy Laddoo
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Chunky peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Roasted almond powder
- 1/3 cup Honey
- for coating Sesame seeds roasted
Method
- Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till heated through taking care that they remain soft.
- Put peanut butter in a mixing bowl, add roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well.
- Spread sesame seeds on a plate.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a laddoo. Roll them in sesame seeds.
- Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve immediately.
