By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chickpeas (kabuli chane), Garlic cloves Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight 7-8 garlic cloves, peeled 1 medium onion, chopped Salt to taste 1½ teaspoons cumin powder Crushed black peppercorns to taste 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves Oil for drizzling Salad to serve Pickled beetroot to serve French fries to serve Garlic aioli to serve Micro greens for garnish Method In a food processor, add chick peas, garlic cloves, onion, salt, cumin powder, crushed black peppercorns, chopped parsley and process to a coarse paste. Heat a non-stick waffle machine, grease with oil and add a portion of the prepared mixture and spread it evenly. Drizzle a little more oil and cook till golden and crisp. Take it off the heat.
