Ingredients for Fettuccine Pasta Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) for dusting

  • Cornflour/ corn starch for dusting

  • carrot pasta dough as required

Method

Step 1

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.

Step 2

Place each portion on the worktop, dust some flour and roll out to thin sheets. Fold each sheet, slice and open each sliced piece to shape into fettuccine pasta.

Step 3

Dust some cornflour on top of fettuccine pasta and mix lightly.

Step 4

Use as required.
