Add fish cubes and mix and allow them to marinate for 8-10 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan. String marinated fish cubes onto satay sticks and place them in the pan and shallow fry. Add the remaining masala. Turn a couple of times so that they get cooked evenly all around. Slice the lemon. Transfer the kababs onto a serving plate, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves and serve hot.
