By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless fish, Large potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fish Patties-SK Khazana 250 grams Boneless fish cut into cubes and boiled 3 Large potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped to taste Salt to shallow fry Oil to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon wedges Method Put fish pieces in a bowl. Add potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt, mash and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties and keep them on a greased plate. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the patties on it and drizzle some oil on each of them. Shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
