By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Feb 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fluffy Omellete - SK Khazana 12 Eggs 4 tablespoons Butter to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed to garnish Chives to serve Red cherry tomatoes Method For each omellete break 3 eggs, separate the yolks and whites and put them in 2 different bowls. Whisk the yolks well. Beat the whites with an electric beater till light peaks are formed. Add the yolks to the whites and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan, add the eggs and let them cook. When the underside is cooked slightly, lift it and slide in 1 tbsp butter. Cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over the omellete and cook for a minute. Fold it into half, place it in a serving plate and chop some chives over it.
