Ingredients list for Fluffy Omellete - SK Khazana

  • 12 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • to garnish Chives
  • to serve Red cherry tomatoes

Method

  1. For each omellete break 3 eggs, separate the yolks and whites and put them in 2 different bowls.
  2. Whisk the yolks well. Beat the whites with an electric beater till light peaks are formed. Add the yolks to the whites and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add the eggs and let them cook. When the underside is cooked slightly, lift it and slide in 1 tbsp butter. Cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over the omellete and cook for a minute.
  5. Fold it into half, place it in a serving plate and chop some chives over it. Serve hot along with red cherry tomatoes.
