Add sugar and beat till well blended. Add milk and continue beating. Cut bread slices into triangles. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and coat well in the mixture. Shallow-fry till both sides are evenly browned. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve hot.
