Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten with rolling pin. Apply pineapple jam on one side of the bread, add chopped pineapple and roll tightly. Break eggs in a bowl, add castor sugar and whisk well. Add fresh cream, cinnamon powder and whisk well. Dip the rolls in the egg mixture, coat with muesli and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.
