This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Feb 2022 in Recipes Veg New Update Fresh Tuvar Green Masala Main Ingredients Fresh tuvar pods, Fresh coriander-coconut-ginger-green chilli paste Cuisine Gujarati Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 200 grams fresh tuvar pods , shelled 1/2 cup fresh coriander-coconut-ginger-green chilli paste 2 tablespoons oil 1 medium onion , chopped 1 medium potato 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Fresh coriander sprig to garnish Method Heat oil in an earthen pot, add onion and sauté till golden brown. Meanwhile slice potato and soak in a bowl of water. Add turmeric powder to the onion mixture and mix well. Add fresh coriander-coconut-ginger-green chilli paste, mix and sauté well. Drain and add potato and fresh tuvar and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Add 1 cup water, mix well, cover and cook till both potato and tuvar are cooked completely.
