Mix well and set aside for twelve hours. For the coating, dip the chicken in a bowl of flour, shake off excess, dip it in a bowl of water. Repeat this procedure three times. Shake off any excess flour. Heat sufficient oil in a large wok and fry the chicken in hot oil till crisp and golden in colour. Drain on absorbent paper. Arrange them on serving plate and serve hot.
