  1. Peel, deseed and roughly chop mango. Put in a zip-lock bag and freeze for 4-5 hours. 
  2. Blend together frozen mangoes, tender coconut flesh, honey and milk into smooth mixture. 
  3. Pour the smoothie in a serving bottle, put in sabza and serve chilled.
