By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Medium apple, Medium pear Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Kabab - SK Khazana 1 Medium apple 1 Medium pear 1 cup Pineapple cubes 20-24 Black grapes 20-24 Green grapes 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Olive oil Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Whisk together brown sugar, chilli flakes, salt, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Cut apple and pear into cubes and add to the bowl. Add pineapple cubes, black and green grapes. Mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes. Skewer fruits alternatively onto satay sticks and place on a baking tray. Put tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
