Ingredients list for Fruit Kabab - SK Khazana

  • 1 Medium apple
  • 1 Medium pear
  • 1 cup Pineapple cubes
  • 20-24 Black grapes
  • 20-24 Green grapes
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, chilli flakes, salt, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Cut apple and pear into cubes and add to the bowl. Add pineapple cubes, black and green grapes. Mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Skewer fruits alternatively onto satay sticks and place on a baking tray. Put tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
