Ingredients for Fruit Pizza Recipe

  • Pineapple cubes ¼ cup

  • Tinned cherries pitted and halved 10-12

  • Plums thinly sliced 2

  • Kiwi peeled and cut into roundels 1 medium

  • Pizza base 2 x 6 inch

  • Mixed fruit jam for spreading

  • Cream cheese for spreading

  • White chocolate grated to sprinkle

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200º C.

Step 2

Spread some mixed fruit jam and cream cheese on each pizza base.

Step 3

Place pineapple, cherries, plums and kiwis on top and transfer on a baking tray.

Step 4

Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle some white chocolate on top, cut into wedges and serve.
