Ingredients for Fruits in Lavender Honey Recipe

  • Peach 1

  • Pineapple peeled and cored 1/4 medium

  • Melon peeled 1/3

  • Orange separated into segments 1

  • Elaichi banana 1

  • Apple 1/4 medium

  • Dried lavender flowers 2 teaspoons

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat ½ cup water in a non-stick pan, add lavender flowers and sugar and mix well. Add honey, mix and cook till the syrup thickens.

Step 2

Halve peach, remove seed and cut into cubes. Cut pineapple into chunks. Cut melon into cubes and place all the fruits in a bowl. Add orange segments.

Step 3

Peel, slice banana thickly and add. Cut apple into small pieces and add.

Step 4

Strain the lavender honey into the bowl of fruits and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
