By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Apr 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Gajar halwa, Egg whites Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Gajar Halwa Baked Alaska 400 grams Gajar halwa readymade 2 Egg whites 4 tablespoons Mixed nuts chopped a pinch Cream of tartar 2 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar) Method Spread a layer of gajar halwa in small earthenware pots. Top with 1 tablespoon chopped nuts and spread some more gajar halwa on top. Take egg whites in a bowl. Add cream of tartar and beat well. Add castor sugar and continue beating till stiff peaks are achieved. Fill a piping bag, fitted with a star nozzle, with the beaten egg whites and pipe over gajar halwa in each pot.
