Add chicken wings and saute till the wings are well browned. Reduce heat, add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli vinegar and brown sugar and mix well. Add a little salt and mix well. Switch off heat, transfer into a serving plate and serve hot garnished with a few red, green and yellow capsicum strips.
