Ingredients for Garlic Sauce Recipe

  • Garlic cloves 1 cup

  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Egg white 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Pita bread , cut into sticks and deep-fried to serve


Step 1

Process garlic cloves in an electric chopper till finely chopped. Add lemon juice and oil and process to a smooth paste.

Step 2

Add egg white and salt and process once again.

Step 3

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with fried pita bread sticks.
