By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Gram flour (besan), Garlic powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Garlic Sev - SK Khazana 1 cup Gram flour (besan) 2 teaspoons Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Carom seeds (ajwain) to taste Salt 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil Method Knead together gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, carom seeds, salt, 1 tablespoon oil and sufficient water to a stiff dough. Rest for 30 minutes. Grease a sev mould with some oil and fill in a portion of dough. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Press sev directly into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.
