Ingredients list for Ghee Molaga Podi Rice

  • 2 cups Boiled Rice
  • 5 teaspoons Molaga Podi

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add black gram and sauté. Add asafoetida, red chilli and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add curry leaves and rice, toss and add molaga podi and salt. Toss well and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add coriander leaves and toss again. Serve hot.
