By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Jan 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour, Baking soda Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gingerbread Christmas Tree - skk 175 grams Refined flour 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 2 tablespoons Castor sugar 1/2 cup Butter melted 3-4 tablespoons Golden syrup to garnish White chocolate melted to garnish Colourful sprinklers Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Take refined flour in a mixing bowl, add baking soda, ginger powder, green cardamom powder and castor sugar and mix well. Add butter and mix with a spoon. Add golden syrup and mix with fingertips to form a dough. Dust flour on worktop and roll out the dough. Cut out Christmas trees with a Christmas tree shaped cookie cutter. Grease a baking tray and dust it with some dry flour. Place the cookies on it, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Place the cookies on a serving platter.
