By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Almond flour, Castor sugar Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Gluten Free Almond Cake 1 cup Almond flour 3/4 cup Castor sugar 3 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1/2 cup Peanut butter 2 tablespoons Cornflour 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped to sprinkle Icing sugar Method Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Grease a baking tin with butter and dust with cornflour. Take castor sugar in a mixing bowl, break the eggs one by one at a time and add and beat with an electric beater till well combined. Add vanilla essence and peanut butter and mix well. Sieve together almond flour, cornflour and baking powder directly into the bowl and add walnuts and fold in gently till well combined. Pour the batter into the greased tin and spread it evenly. Tap to release any air pockets. Keep the baking tin in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Take the tin out of the oven and keep it on a wire rack and allow it to cool. Cut into squares.
