Set aside to activate for ten to fifteen minutes. Add this mixture to the flour along with salt and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead to a soft dough. Set aside for ten to fifteen minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into balls. Flatten each ball and roll them into thin discs. Mix the processed cheese and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Put some cheese mixture in the center of each rolled disc and gather the edges to make them look like an envelope. Heat a non-stick pan. Place the bread and roast till golden from both sides basting with melted butter. Serve hot.
