Ingredients for Grape Fizz Recipe

  • Grape Juice chilled 2 cups

  • Bottled Soda 1 tablespoon

  • Vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup

  • Crushed ice as required

  • Bottled soda 300 millilitres

  • Fresh mint (pudina) for garnish


Step 1

Mix grape juice, lemon juice, ice cream and crushed iced in a large bowl and keep in the refrigerator again.

Step 2

While serving, mix bottled soda with the mixture and pour into individual glasses.

Step 3

Top with more crushed ice and mint sprigs. Serve chilled.
