By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Green Chutney Main Ingredients Fresh coriander leaves, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves roughly chopped 2-3 green chillies chopped to taste black salt (kala namak) 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice Method Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies to a smooth paste using a little water if required. Add black salt and sugar and blend once again.
