Ingredients 

  • 40-44 Green grapes
  • 40-44 Black grapes
  • 24-30 Spinach leaves
  • 4 medium Cucumbers
  • 16-20 Fresh basil leaves
  • a few stra Wheat grass
  • 6 tablespoons Honey
  • a few Ice cubes
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 6 tablespoons Chia seeds , soaked and drained
  • to garnish Fresh basil sprigs

Method

  1. Halve green and black grapes and put into a bowl.
  2. Put spinach leaves into a blender jar. Chop cucumbers and add. Add basil leaves, wheat grass, honey and ice cubes.
  3. Cut kiwis into small pieces and add to the blender jar along with a little chilled water. Add chia seeds and blend into a smooth smoothie.
  4. Pour this smoothie into the bowl of grapes. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve chilled.
