By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green tea leaves, Vanilla pod Cuisine Italian Course Desserts Prep Time 3-3.30 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Tea Vanilla Pannacotta 2 teaspoons Green tea leaves 1 Vanilla pod 1½ teaspoons Gelatin 1 cup Milk 1½ cups Fresh cream ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs Method Take gelatin in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water and set aside to bloom. Heat milk in a small deep non-stick pan. Add cream and castor sugar. Scrape out vanilla seeds; add to pan along with the pod, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add green tea leaves, mix and cook till mixture thickens. Strain the green tea mixture into another bowl and whisk. Add bloomed gelatin gradually and whisk well. Set aside and bring down to room temperature. Fill shot glasses with green tea mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till set.
