Grilled Paneer Sandwich A scrumptious sandwich stuffed with green chutney, paneer and aloo bhaji and grilled – ideal snack to be had with cups of hot tea This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), White bread slices Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Grilled Paneer Sandwich 200 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) cut into 4 thick slabs 8 White bread slices as required Butter 4 tablespoons Green chutney 4 tablespoons Aloo bhaji 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 4 Tomato slices 4 Onion slices Method Heat a sandwich griller. Apply some butter on one side of all the bread slices. Spread 1 tablespoon green chutney on all of them. Spread 1 tablespoon aloo bhaji on 4 slices. Place a cottage cheese slab over the aloo bhaji and spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on them. Top each with a tomato and onion slice and cover with the remaining bread slices, chutney side facing downwards. Grease the griller with some butter. Apply some more butter on the sandwiches, place them, one at a time, on the griller, cover and grill till grill marks appear on both the sides.
