Grilled Pineapple Slush Pineapple slices grilled and blended with a few other ingredients to make a delightful slush. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pineapples, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Grilled Pineapple Slush 2 medium Pineapples peeled and cut into roundels for greasing Butter 2-3 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar) 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice to taste Black salt (kala namak) to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Chaat masala 12-15 Fresh mint leaves 18-20 Ice cubes Method Heat an electric griller and grease with some butter. Place the pineapple roundels and grill till golden.Transfer in a bowl and cool. Grind the grilled pineapples to make a smooth puree. Strain the pineapple puree into another bowl. Put it back in the blender. Add castor sugar, lemon juice, black salt, salt, chaat masala and mint leaves and blend.Add ice cubes and blend again.
