By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Gulab jamuns, Fresh cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Mousse 12 small + Gulab jamuns 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 cup White chocolate chopped 1 cup Whipped cream for garnishing Pistachios slivers Method Heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm. Add warm cream to chopped chocolate and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Mix well to ensure that there are no lumps. Cool to room temperature. Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in another bowl and mix well. Fill the chocolate mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag. Place 3 gulab jamuns each into 4 individual shot glasses and pipe the chocolate mixture on top. Tap the glasses a little and refrigerate for ½ hour. Cut a gulab jamun into one-fourth and garnish each glass with a piece alongwith some pistachio slivers.
