Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Tartlets Recipe

  • Mini gulab jamuns 20-25

  • Tartlet shells 4

  • Cream 1/2 cup

  • Caramel chocolate bars 3

  • Walnuts 10-15

  • Rabdi to garnish

  • Pistachios , chopped to garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan, stirring continuously with a spatula. Transfer into a bowl. Break caramel chocolate bars and put into the same bowl, keep the bowl in a Microwave and heat for 1 minute. Take the bowl out and mix well till the chocolate melts completely and becomes smooth.

Step 2

Chop walnuts, add to the melted chocolate and mix well. Add mini gulab jamuns and mix well.

Step 3

Place the tartlet shells on the worktop, fill them up with this chocolate mixture. Garnish with rabdi and pistachios.

Step 4

Arrange the tartlets on a serving platter and serve immediately.
