Ingredients list for Gulab Jamun Tartlets

  • 20-25 Mini gulab jamuns
  • 4 Tartlet shells
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 3 Caramel chocolate bars
  • 10-15 Walnuts
  • to garnish Rabdi
  • to garnish Pistachios , chopped

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan, stirring continuously with a spatula. Transfer into a bowl. Break caramel chocolate bars and put into the same bowl, keep the bowl in a Microwave and heat for 1 minute. Take the bowl out and mix well till the chocolate melts completely and becomes smooth.
  2. Chop walnuts, add to the melted chocolate and mix well. Add mini gulab jamuns and mix well.
  3. Place the tartlet shells on the worktop, fill them up with this chocolate mixture. Garnish with rabdi and pistachios.
  4. Arrange the tartlets on a serving platter and serve immediately.
