Gulabi Litchi This cocktail has a lovely pink hue and a deliciously fruity flavor with a hint of citrus. It’s perfect for a special occasion or a summer evening. By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Beverages New Update Main Ingredients Rose syrup, Litchi juice Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 10-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 1 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 60ml vodka ½ tsp rose syrup 120ml litchi juice ½ lemon Ice cubes Crushed dried rose petals for garnish Honey for brushing Herb studded ice cubes for garnish Method To prepare the garnish for each glass, apply a thin coat of honey using a paint brush on one side of the glass, starting from the bottom to the top while creating an “S” or any desired pattern. Sprinkle the crushed rose petals on the prepared pattern and dust off excess. Set aside. For the cocktail, in a Boston shaker, add rose syrup, squeeze in the lemon juice, and add vodka, litchi juice and a few pieces of ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake till well combined.
