By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Rose syrup, Litchi juice Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gulabi Litchi 4 teaspoons Rose syrup 480 millilitres Litchi juice 240 millilitres Vodka to brush Honey to garnish Dried rose petals crushed 2 Lemons as required Ice cubes to garnish Herb studded ice cubes Method Apply a thin coat of honey with a paint brush outside each serving glass on one side, starting from the bottom to the top creating any desired pattern. Sprinkle crushed rose petals on the pattern and dust off excess. For each portion put 1 tsp rose syrup in a Boston shaker, 60 ml vodka, squeeze juice of ½ lemon, 120 ml litchi juice and a few pieces of ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake till well combined.
