Ingredients list for Gulkand Ice Cream - SK Khazana

  • 1/2 cup Gulkand
  • 3/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup Milk powder
  • 3/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Rose syrup
  • as required Dried rose petals

Method

  1. Put fresh cream in a blender jar, add milk powder, condensed milk, gulkand, milk and rose syrup and blend till well combined.
  2. Pour this mixture into an airtight container, sprinkle dried rose petals on top, mix it lightly and close the container with its lid. Keep it in the freezer and freeze for 7-8 hours.
  3. Scoop out gulkand ice cream into serving bowls and serve.
