By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Feb 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hasselback Chicken 4 Boneless chicken breasts to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs chopped 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 15-20 Baby spinach leaves shredded 3-4 Bacon strips, cut into 1 inch pieces 20-30 grams Mozzarella cheese cut into 1 inch thin pieces Method Preheat oven to 180 °C. Make incisions on each chicken breast and transfer in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, mixed herbs and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Place each marinated chicken on a baking tray. Put some baby spinach leaves, bacon pieces and cheese pieces in between the incisions. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
