Ingredients list for Healthy Mango Frozen Yogurt

  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • as required Ice cubes
  • for garnishing Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Blend together oats, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mango puree and few ice cubes into a smooth mixture.
  2. Transfer into an air-tight container, cover and set in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
  3. Scoop out and serve garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
