Ingredients list for Healthy Mango Frozen Yogurt
- 1 cup Mango puree
- ½ cup Oats
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- as required Ice cubes
- for garnishing Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Blend together oats, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mango puree and few ice cubes into a smooth mixture.
- Transfer into an air-tight container, cover and set in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
- Scoop out and serve garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
