  • Fresh strawberries crushed 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Salt a pinch

Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan. Add crushed strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and cook till the mixture turns pulpy and thick. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2

Serve or store in an airtight jar.
